We offer a wide range of training tailored to your employees needs. Our Empowerment programmes range from regulatory and practical courses to meet the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) requirements, to soft skills (such as mental resilience, customer service and assertiveness). Most recently, we have worked closely with SBV Services to provide training for the introduction of new technology and equipment, ensuring that compliance standards and processes are met.

We can also facilitate bursaries and graduate programmes, with around 150 learnerships and 100 bursaries awarded annually.

Our training programmes are classroom based, on-site or online training solutions, depending on the course and your needs as a client.
